Eligibility requirements, in addition to standard service availability and credit worthiness, include: The referring account is eligible for a one month one-time referral credit AFTER the referred customer’s service (all services) has been successfully activated. The referred customer must be able to identify the referring customer at the time of the sale. The referring customer’s account must be active at time of referral. Referral names cannot be added after the initial order is taken and submitted. The referred customer’s $40 credit will be applied on the customer’s first invoice. The referral credit should appear on the referring account within two invoice cycles after the referred account successfully activates. There is no limit to the number of referral credits a referring customer may receive; the referring customer may receive one for each activated referred account, but no more than one referring credit per referred account. The one month free service referral credit can only be applied as an invoice credit, and the referring customer’s account must be active at the time the credit is applied; no referral checks will be created. A customer can only be referred once. Leaving SIS after referral disqualifies a referred customer from ever being referred again, and a referring customer can only refer any given customer once. Referral credits cannot be split between multiple referring customer accounts. The referred customers may only name one referring account. A business owner may receive a referral credit by referring his own residence. A residential customer may receive a referral credit by referring his own business. Once applied, a referral credit cannot be “transferred” or “moved” to another account. SIS reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
